Foods to eat that could enhance your sense of personal power.

Chakra Course

I did this as part of a chakra course. We were given an assignment to write about foods to eat to enhance your sense of personal power and self love by activating your 3rd Chakra - Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra).

Here is two days worth of ideas. A key tip is to eat the rainbow and always creutly-free ie plant based. 

It would be ideal to source organic and locally grown good for that extra oomph!

Day one

Breakfast: spelt bread with a sunflower spread. And a glass of almond milk.

Snac: roasted red pepper dusted with cumin.

Lunch: sweet potato styrfry with flaxseed, garlic and corn in a lemon and black pepper drizzle.

Snack: oat cookie

Dinner: roasted squash curry made with coconut milk.

Desert: camomile tea.

Day two

Breakfast: granola with flax seed, pumpkin seed, and almond milk.

Snack: soya yogurt

Lunch: roasted yellow peppers stuffed with rice and pumpkin seed.

Snack: mint tea with an oatmeal energy ball.

Dinner: yellow lentil soup with spelt bread oiled slightly with olive oil with crushed garlic.

Desert: spearmint tea

Snack: carrot sticks.
