Storytelling for Change - how to share your authentic voice for your business, blog, book, or life
Improve your public speaking by uncovering and communicating your personal story
I love a good online course don't you? They're handy, all the info is in one place, and if they are well structured they can be far better than an onsite course.
How many times have we hear about injecting your business, blog, start-up, reiki practice, pr biz, life, work, with your personal story?
I mean, all these digital marketing whiz kids are banging on and on about it? Like, I get it. I was a YA book blogger and use to review kids books for four years. And I interviewed writers. Most of their agents wanted them for their unique voice.
And this whole - Garry Vee share your story or gain an online following by sharing your story vibe....it's just about finding out who you are at your core, warts and all, and then communicating that consistently.
I have been a prissy hippie and hid it my whole life! But that's what life is about. And that's what business is about. Sharing your shadows, what makes you different, or may the one thing that you are most embarrassed about. Throwing your light onto the world. Owning IT!
While my undergrad was based in a University my post grad was partially online and onsite. It was the only time in my academic life that I felt truly supported. Minded, almost. We had a calendar with important dates, reminders emailed to us, a chat form with other pupils and lecturers, all the note in PDF and as audio (which I loved!).
Fleet and Flower is a place where we made honest stuff and sell it. Organic perfume oil. Organic CBD. Both of which are amazing, healing, and help our minds. And as I am a teacher, the next stage of development is to roll our own courses. FUN!! So, as sharing is caring - here is a cool course that I plan on doing in October. This course happens to be free, even though I would have paid for it. Are you going to join up?
