doTERRA products ordered though my team are covered by the doTERRA cooperation - please contact customer service if you package does not arrive - I have NEVER heard of this happening so its all cool! You can also reach out to me or our doTERRA facebook groups for help.
Products bought from other makers on this site are shipped by the makers and so please contact them regarding delivery.
The free present you receive from me - is a gift and will be sent by regular post. Just as if I was sending a friend post. If you do not get it, you get my love and aromatherapy support. And I will email you the digital copies of the educational documents.

ALl other items sold here are under the policy of their makers, you can contact them via their website which will be listed with the product.
For my roller balls sold - Due to the personal hygiene nature of the roller ball application, you cannot return these items once opened. However, if you have any issues, please contact me and I am sure we can work something out.
