All orders take approximately 1-3 business days to dispatch.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amendments to your order once your order has been placed on the Fleet + Flower website.

All Orders are shipped via Postal Service You will receive an email to confirm dispatch.

We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping.

All orders take 1-5 business days to dispatch. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch. Delivery times from dispatch date are as follows:

Flat rate shipping: 1-2 working days

UK

Flat rate shipping: 1 to 2 weeks

Europe

Flat rate shipping 1 to 2 weeks* (Country dependant)

U.S. and Canada

*Typically international orders take 1-2 weeks to arrive after dispatch but can take up to 4-6 weeks due to customs.  We hope your package arrives as quickly as possible. If you have not received it after 4 weeks please let us know and we will follow it up on your behalf.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for all custom & duty charges. We hope your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Please note: 

  • For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to refund the following products:
  • Pierced earrings (plugs and tunnels) and other pierced body jewellery unless faulty.
  • Hats and hair accessories (copper crowns) unless still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
  •  Organic perfume oil unless unopened and the seal unbroken unless the container is faulty.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

On the rare occasion that delivery is unsuccessful within the terms of your local postal service and the goods are returned to our business premises with return costs (return costs vary depending on weight and location returning from). Redelivery of a returned order will take place following payment of the return costs and new delivery costs.


Returns Policy

EU DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. This “cooling-off” period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order.

Due to the personal hygiene nature of the perfume, you cannot return these items once opened. However, if you have any issues, please email me at Hello@FleetAndFlower.com and I am sure we can work something out.

The period starts the day after the day that goods are received.  We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods unused, in the original packaging with all user information and the seals still in tact on the lids. The Distance selling regulations state that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop, for example you can take a copper bracelet out it's box and examine it, and you can try it on, however we ask that you do not wear it for more than the time needed to try it on (5-10 minutes). However you cannot open the perfume as once they have been opened and the seal on their lids broken they are non-returnable.

To exercise this right please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number, please submit this via email to hello@fleetandflower.com. When exercising the right to cancel during the cooling-off period, goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense. Please do not refuse to accept the goods from your postal service, accept the goods from your postal service and the correct address to return the goods will be supplied within 24 working hours.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions to return the item. We will send you the correct address to return the goods.

You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that goods are packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.

Items must be returned unworn, repacked in their original packaging with all labels/tags attached.

Any Gift with Purchase must also be returned in its original packaging. If the gift is not returned the value will be deducted from the refund.

Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 day of our receiving them.

 

OUTSIDE OF EU REGULATION PERIOD POLICY

Outside of the “cooling off” period the following exchange and returns policy applies:

Exchanges and Returns are only valid within 14 days of receipt. 

Due to the personal hygiene nature of the perfume, you cannot return these items once opened. However, if you have any issues, please email me at Hello@FleetAndFlower.com and I am sure we can work something out.

If you wish to return any of your pieces, please email us with your order number and reason for  return/exchange to hello@fleetandflower.com. Once we receive your return/exchange request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions to return the item.

You are responsible for all costs of returning items to us. You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that goods are packed as with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. In short: No exchange or returns on our perfume / meditation oil if the seal is broken as these products are considered to be hygene products, also no exchange or return on Sale/Clearance items.

If you have been sent the wrong product

We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the product you have ordered. Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen and we want to be able to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. In this case you can contact Hello@fleetandflower.com within 48hours.

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are Quality Checked before dispatching our studio.However sometimes mistakes or issues can happen.

If you do receive an item that has been damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to Hello@fleetandflower. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns policy described above.

Once we receive your return/exchange request we will agree an exchange or credit and provide an RMA number and instructions to return the item.

Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unworn, repacked in the original packaging.

Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 day of our receiving them.
