At no point are your statutory rights affected.

None of Fleet and Flower fragrances or oils should ever be ingested. Keep out of reach of children and animals, and if you are pregnant it’s not a good idea to use essential oils. Additionally, essential oils are very potent and can cause allergies or rashes. Always test a fragrance (mine or anyone else’s) on a small patch of skin to make sure that it does not cause an adverse reaction. Ingredients are listed in each product listing, if you have a known allergy to one of the ingredients do not buy.

By placing an order at Fleet and Flower, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Fleet and Flower for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.


Ordering Products

Products displayed on our website can be ordered securely online through a 256 bit encrypted secure server.

We accept Paypal, the following credit & debit cards – MasterCard, Visa, American Express. All options can be selected during the checkout process.

Once you’ve placed your order and provided a valid email address you will receive an email order confirmation and a receipt of your credit/debit card transaction.

In short: No exchange or returns (for personal hygiene reasons) on earrings for stretched ears/copper crowns/copper embellished clips/ essential oil perfume/. We provide a lot of information on the beautiful smell of the perfumes and we also sell samples if you would like to test them before you buy.

We cannot accept a return of Fleet and Flower candle oil if the seal is broken or tampered with (considered used if opened and seal is broken or has been tampered with), or Sale/Clearance items.

We can accept a return on bracelets and rings if returned in packaging and show no signs of wear. It is acceptable for them to have been tried on to see if they fit. More details below:

All orders take approximately 1-3 business days to dispatch.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed.

We welcome any form of feedback to help us to improve the service we offer. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of Fleet and Flower please contact us. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will keep you informed as we handle your complaint and will, in most cases, be able to resolve this within 30 days.

We reserve the right to not supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason.

Fleet and Flower shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or its contents. We endeavour to make our website uninterrupted and error free, but are reliant on our web server. Therefore, the online shopping service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Any other information or advice given on this site or blog is meant for guidance purposes only and purchasers must be responsible for determining whether such information or advice applies to their particular circumstances. Fleet and Flower is not liable for any allergies or accidents caused by the products we sell. If you are unsure about any product, in particular a essential oil perfume then please carry out a patch test on your skin and wait 24 hours to see if your skin has a reaction.

This agreement between Fleet and Flower and you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law, and Irish courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes. All rights, including copyright, trade marks, names and logos, used in relation to this website are owned by or controlled for these purposes by us. Nothing in this Agreement confers on you any license or right under any of our trade marks, names or logos or those of any third party.

We reserve the right to issue legal proceedings against any companies or persons who copy any text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, button icons, trademarks or any part of this web site. The content of this website is and remains the intellectual property of Fleet and Flower.

Privacy Policy

At Fleet and Flower we take the privacy of our customers and the protection of their personal details very seriously. Due to the ordering process certain information you submit at the time of ordering is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1998 to 2003, solely by Fleet and Flower.

Fleet and Flower does not disclose customer information to any third parties. The information is used only for the purpose of processing your request and to communicate with you on any matters relating to the provision of the service in general. Information and statistics may also be used for the purpose of monitoring site usage. These statistics will not include any information that can be used to identify an individual.
